Monte has 17 years of commercial real estate experience, having represented such clients as Principal Real Estate Investors, Behringer Harvard, Archon Group, Transwestern Investment Company, Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, RREEF, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors, AEGON USA Realty Advisors, Holt Lunsford Commercial, Falcon Southwest and Killam Companies.
Monte has successfully negotiated in excess of 600 lease transactions in the last ten years. Monte was awarded the Agency Leasing Award from Transwestern Investment Company in 2008, Transwestern Deal of the Year - 2009 and recognized as one of Transwestern’s Top Producers in 2009, 2010 & 2011.
Monte joined Transwestern in 1999 with five years of leasing and investment sales experience involving office and retail properties in Dallas/Ft. Worth.
