New equipment I am considering would cost $150K. Other lower cost upgrade options are possible. I could help a buyer understand those options. The place has a lot of potential for someone who has the time to implement the various changes. Can add functions to the bays to increase customer time spent in the bays, can add gift cards and/or loyalty cards, can easily close the two front bays and turn them into retail space or rental storage for cars/boats/etc. A laundromat was considering purchasing the place to convert into a laundromat until I purchased the place. The towing company that rents the lot next door was considering purchasing the place too. I have been told by various locals that the place in its heyday was always busy and supposedly making $150K a year - but this is just word of mouth info from some locals.
