Description
LOCATION OF EXISTING SEWER-INFO FROM DELAWARE COUNTY REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT The nearest sewer is North of the property but it is owned and maintained by the City of Delaware. The County Auditor’s GIS map, located at: http://www.delco-gis.org/auditor/ is the best way to see where County sewer is located. If you click on “layers” along the grey bar at the top, then click on the “+” next to Utilities, you can select “County Regional Sewer District” to see where all of our sewer lines are located. While there is sewer along Greif Parkway to the west, I do not believe that there is sufficient depth to reach this property. In the next year the County will be building a pump station at the corner of Hyatts and US 23 that will ultimately serve this property. Delaware County processed 587 new residential building permits in 2018 which is more than double the previous year and the most since 2005. As Columbus continues to grow, builders are continuing to push development north of the city taking advantage of the high demand for affordable new construction housing.
