Plus there is a den, a large dining area, a family room, a game room with pool table, a gourmet kitchen with an island, storage room, ice maker & 2 dishwashers. Plus the lodge has laundry facilities, a front deck and 2 back covered decks, overlooking the river. There is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin with a huge deck overlooking the river. There are two 1 bedroom + loft cabins & there is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath cabin which has 2 master suites. All cabins have well stocked kitchens, fireplaces and their on BBQ grills. The grounds have the river, outdoor bathrooms, furniture, carvings, 3 fire-pits & 2 horseshoe pits. 2 wells on site. Each well has two pumps and each well has a pump house. Upgraded hot water heaters in lodge. There is a separate facility for laundry plus the lodge & 3 cabins have laundry spaces with washers & dryers. This first cabin on this special property was built in 1991, the lodge was built in 1994 and the other 3 cabins were built between 1991-2000. Upgrading and remodeling was done between 2013-2016. Originally a world renowned Bed and Breakfast, this property is now a first class wedding venue, business retreat, reunion spot & relaxing get-away. A Bed and Breakfast would work again, one of the parcels is land only so a 5th cabin could be built. The possibilities are endless! The new owner can do business on day one of ownership.
