Welcome to our development. We have recently added a new building to the property as of June 2019. The property hosts one existing business S & P Harley-Davidson which has been in this location for 10 years. Our building can host up to three businesses further described as section A, B and C. Section A contains 2435 square feet plus a patio with an interstate view of the mountains. Section A has utility access with a dirt floor for design flexibility for a restaurant if desired.(Refer to the images attached). Sections B and C are mirror image spaces containing 1420 square feet each with polished concrete floors. Areas can be combined to meet the desired square foot.
The building is oriented on the property for direct visibility from I-77. The building is also beside S & P Harley-Davidson which contains I-77 visibility as well. Access to this development is directly off of the interstate I-77 at exit 185. The actual location of the building is less than 1 mile from the exit. I-77 Average Daily Traffic increases at exit 185 due to West Virginia Welcome Center as well. Direct I-77 sign visibility is also an option for the tenant.
