The Factory is a 6.5 acre mixed-use facility comprised of 8 buildings totaling about 90,000 SF. This must-visit facility has more than 1,000 feet of frontage to the Pinellas Trail, which runs from South St. Pete all the way to Tarpon Springs. This innovative entertainment & commerce complex is home to a wide variety of uses and tenants ranging from small artist studios, interactive & immersive art exhibits, galleries, and retail and restaurant spaces. This facility also houses amazing indoor and outdoor event spaces. The Factory has hosted several festivals such as, St. Pete Pride, Art Walk, SHINE Mural Festival, Concerts, Food Truck Rallies, and more.
