Florida Workshop/Warehouse Center consists of 37 workshop/warehouse units. They are all concrete block construction with 16 feet 8 inches ceiling height. There are three shop sizes: 1800 SF (30' x 60'), 3000 SF (50' x 60') and 3600 SF (60' x 60'). All 1800 SF units have two overhead 10' x 12' roll-up doors plus two entry doors, one of each on each end. The 3000 SF units have two 12' x 12' roll-up doors in the front and two entry doors, one in the front and one in the rear. The 3600 SF units have four overhead 12' x 12' roll-up doors, two in the front and two in the rear, as well as two entry doors, one in the front and one in the rear. All driveways and parking areas are concrete. Our shops feature finished offices, a bathroom, a laundry tub sink, electrical outlets around the inside perimeter wall, skylights, an insulated roof, a roof ventilator and sealed and coated concrete floors. Roadrunner High Speed Internet connections provided by Spectrum are also available in each unit. Dusk to dawn security lighting provides outside night time illumination throughout the center. A common loading dock is available for use by all tenants. Three-phase electric panels and meters and central HVAC are available in some units.
