We ordered a ton of new access cards that are the size of a quarter and go on your key chain.
Several units have new Schlage door knob. Deadbolt is master keyed can re key locks. Nice contemporary lever handle. No lock option on Handle, so tenants can't lock themselves out. We have 1 single key to carry for units, and a different one for maintenance rooms in lock box available for service calls, like elevator door access room.
We had no problems or particular reason to upgrade and do fixes. We planned on keeping this awesome place forever until plans changed recently.
