PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The Fine Arts Building is a unique and highly detailed Romanesque Revival structure designed by architects Albert Raymond Walker and Percy Augustus Eisen in 1927. This twelve-story building includes a two-story Spanish Renaissance lobby with a galleried mezzanine. Originally the Fine Arts Building was intended to provide working areas for artisans and bronze and glass displays in the lobby. The main entrance features a two-story Romanesque arch adorned with terra cotta griffins, gargoyles, birds, and flowers. The building façade features fish, flute players, assorted creatures and sculpted figures. In 1983, the building was restored and renovated by developer Ratkovich and Bowers and architect Brenda Levin
