Spaces in Building 1 include a grease trap, hand sink and 3 compartment sinks. 2 spaces will include 8 foot hood. Common area restrooms are included.
Building 2 will be delivered in white box condition with ADA restroom.
The Edge will include Common Green Space and Entertainment Area with multiple covered or shaded shared seating and patio areas.
