PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The Sequana is a complex of office buildings (Sequana 1 and Sequana 2) totaling 21,000 square meters, with 19,000 square meters dedicated to office space, originally designed in 2005 by Arte Charpentier and Robert Lewis Turner. The complex underwent rehabilitation and enhancement led by Arte Charpentier to support the development of the Paris Rive Gauche district. As part of this, 50% of the terraces were redesigned to be 50% greened in anticipation of future demands from Paris's bioclimatic local urban plan (PLU). A green corridor was created from the Seine, and the office spaces were restructured.
