Aaron Torres, Industrial Sales and Leasing
Aaron is a Central Florida native who brings over 17 years of public sector experience, having served as a Project Manager and Department Manager for Osceola County. During his time with the County, he managed hundreds of millions of dollars in transportation design and construction projects, led capital improvement programs, and oversaw departmental budgets, maintenance crews, and contractors. He also contributed to long-range infrastructure planning as a member of MetroPlan Orlando’s Technical Advisory Committee, helping to shape the 2050 Regional Metropolitan Transportation Plan with a focus on freight mobility, last mile delivery, and regional growth. Aaron brings a strong construction and infrastructure background that translates directly to the industrial sector. He is highly data-driven and applies his project management expertise, operational insight, and planning experience to help clients identify and evaluate properties and opportunities that support their business goals. His skills also extend to guiding property development, maintenance, and improvements that maximize long-term value and operational efficiency. With a relentless work ethic, integrity, and client-first approach he delivers attentive results-driven service to every client.
Derek Riggleman, Senior Vice President/Principal
Derek Riggleman is an Orlando area native who graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Real Estate. He began his real estate career in the appraisal industry in Orlando after college. During Derek's appraisal career, he valued over $300 million dollars of real estate ranging from owner-user assets to institutional grade assets across a variety of property types. Derek’s appraisal experience has been invaluable as he knows how to analyze and understands the core metrics and demand drivers of various property types. This allows him to advise clients with meaningful knowledge and market insight such as opportunities for value-add properties and identifying trends in the market that impact property values. Today, Derek specializes in industrial real estate and is focused on tenant and landlord representation, in addition to investment sales.
