This property consists of 2 buildings on one lot. One is a 25,670sf old Mill building and the other is a 10,250sf Steel Tradesman building. They are just off Main Street in historic Warren, RI. The mill is the former Kleistone Rubber Company building. It was a plant that was built around 1900 and then had additions added to it. They made rubber products such as floor tile, automotive parts, shoe soles and garter belts. I currently have the building totally rented out to 6 different companies. The tradesman building was built in 2006. It consists of 7 individual rental units approximately 1,500 sf each. My tenants are varied in this building: Beer & wine distributor, carpet cleaner, Engineering company, rowing association, etc. They are located 2 tenths of a mile from downtown Warren. Warren is a business friendly town and it a jewel. There is a renaissance going on with all the new world class restaurants and artist nooks popping up. Water Street which is also very close which is home to the newly refurbished American Tourister Mill with loft residential spaces. The building has been meticulously maintained inside and out. I have always fixed whatever needs doing when the situation arises. On top of that, I am very meticulous so I have always made sure the buildings are immaculate.
