Our current offices are located within the Quest Banquet and Conference Center just off of Polaris Parkway. There is amble parking and easy access, as well as many restaurants, shopping and convenient hotels for over night accommodations . We currently have a private office of 144 sq ft with private entrance (unfurnished). This space is available immediately. The lease will be for six months. There are NO CAM charges, utilities, trash removal and basic cleaning along with internet are included with the lease agreement. You will need to provide you own phone line and the office is equipped for VOIP system. We have a conference room available upon scheduling if you should need access. You will have a 24 hour key card access to the building. Base rent on this space would be $475 monthly (office only without conference room availability). If you should elect the OFFICE with unlimited conference room availability the rent would be $525. The Conference room can be rented at $50 per day or $25 for a four hour block. We will also have a secretarial (furnished) area available by May 1st. If you would elect for both spaces the private office and the secretarial area (desk included) the rent is $725.00 per month with the conference room included.
