The Children’s Hospital Medical Pavilion is a ±113,568 rentable square foot medical office building located in Aurora, Colorado. The Property is currently 100% leased with Children’s Hospital Colorado (“Children’s Colorado”) occupying 93% of the total building’s square footage and Denver Research Institute leasing the remaining space.
