Mentor is a city in Lake County, Ohio, with a population of 47,159 people. In 2010, CNNMoney.com ranked Mentor 37th in a list of the “Top 100 Best Places to Live in America.” It is part of the Cleveland-Elyria Metropolitan Statistical Area and is located in the eastern suburbs, approximately 20 miles east of downtown Cleveland.
