Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Monroe Plaza (Durand Plaza) is located at the I-69/Durand Road interchange on M-71. It is the main shopping center for the City of Durand and surrounding areas.
