Building #2 is a 2 story retail & professional office building, over 25,000 SF see suite layout drawing for suite square footage. 1st floor: $22 per square foot 2nd floor: $18 per square ft
Building #3 is a 11,191 SF flex warehouse office space with docks at $17 per sqft
Building #4 is a 5000 SF multipurpose open concept building at $18.50 per sqft.
Common Area Maintenance fee will be determined once the complex is completed. This will pay for sidewalks, shared parking lots, etc.
