Thomas Kirbo, President
Tom Kirbo has spent more than 25 years in the commercial real estate and brokerage industry. He launched Kirbo Property Services (KPS) in February 2001. KPS was a full service commercial real estate brokerage and development firm that focused primarily on healthcare real estate.

Prior to founding KPS, he served as vice president and director of medical leasing with Cousins Properties, Incorporated, where he completed more than 760,000 square feet of medical office lease transactions. Prominent projects leased by him while at Cousins included Meridian Mark Plaza, Northside/Alpharetta Medical Campus and the Presbyterian Medical Plaza in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was responsible for the pre-leasing of the Crawford Long Medical Complex.

Before joining Cousins, Tom worked with The Lea Richmond Company, a medical office management and Development Company. Tom began his career with five-year tenure as a property and project manager for Scott & Associates, Inc. In addition to his real estate experience, he served as campaign coordinator for Governor Roy Barnes’ 1990 campaign for Governor of the State of Georgia. He is a former member of the Advisory Board for Shepherd Center in Atlanta. Tom is on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House where he serves as Chairman. Tom, who grew up in Bainbridge, Georgia, graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.
Tom Parker, Executive Vice President, Principal
Beginning his career in the Atlanta real estate market in 1983, Tom Parker provides the experience of three complete business cycles and the challenges faced in both up and down markets. His responsibilities include the management of team efforts involving marketing and leasing for all properties contained within the company portfolio whether owned or managed on a third-party basis throughout the Southeastern United States. Tom has a proven 34-year track record of successful project marketing based upon a concise tactical plan created from in-depth strategic analysis of a particular submarket in which a property is located. His approach is centered on the creation of value in real assets. In addition, he is responsible for the development of new client relations and the creation of new development and investment opportunities through the interaction of the team with private, corporate and institutional clients combining a variety of disciplines including property management, construction management, project engineering services and project accounting including lease administration services.
