Immediately adjacent to the south of the property is Spring Hill Residences, a $21 million, 4-story, 61-unit senior housing development. Spring Hill Residences is scheduled to deliver this summer and will offer one- and two-bedroom units. To the immediate west of the Property is Lifezone 360, which offers soccer and lacrosse training programs to kids and adults, as well as Advocate Medical, who recently backfilled the former Best Buy. Directly across the street from Chili's is the Spring Hill Mall, a 1.37 million square foot enclosed shopping center owned by Brookfield Properties. Spring Hill Mall underwent a significant $40 million renovation from 2015-2017 that included redeveloping the former Carson Pirie Scott space, adding Cinemark, and creating a restaurant and entertainment pavilion. Brookfield recently partnered with the city of West Dundee and Carpentersville to create a master plan for redeveloping Spring Hill Mall into a mixed-use campus. Sizemore Group, an Atlanta-based architectural firm, was hired to create a conceptual site plan that will include retail, office, and multifamily. Other national retailers in the immediate area include Home Depot, Jewel-Osco, Advance Auto Parts, Dunkin, LA Fitness, Petco, US Bank, Bank of America, FedEx, KFC, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, U-Haul, Sprint, AutoZone, Sherwin Williams, Fifth Third, Wendy's, Firestone, Panera, Big Lots, Chipotle, Jersey Mike's, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Chase, Aldi, Panda Express, Midas, Denny's, plus many others.
