Prime fee simple industrial lots available for sale, lease or “build-to-suit” in Kapolei Business Park Phase 2 in the City of Kapolei. The Project is a master planned 54-acre industrial park which consists of 24 fee simple industrial zoned lots ranging in size from 0.792 acres to 3.371 acres. 17 lots were constructed in 2015 with finished lots delivered to buyers in the third quarter of 2015. The final 7 lots obtained subdivision approval and infrastructure construction commenced in late 2015 with finished lots delivered in August 2016.
Kapolei Business Park was originally designed and developed by The Estate of James M. Campbell as a compliment to the heavier industrial businesses located within the adjacent James Campbell Industrial Park and the master planned City of Kapolei.
Kapolei Business Park Phase 2 was acquired in joint venture by affiliates of Honolulu based Avalon Development Co. and Chicago based Walton Street Capital L.L.C.
