The Meadows is a proposed 141 unit apartment community in Taunton, Massachusetts consisting of 140 units in 5 buildings plus a single family home. The development is located on 20.92 acres of land off of Hart Street, to the left of the apartment complex known as "The Savoy" at 103 Hart Street and wraps around to the vacant dwelling where the proposed single family will be built at 91 Hart Street. The site is conveniently located minutes to Route 24 and numerous shopping centers. The 4 contiguous parcels are designated by the town as 93-119 with 3.34 acres, 93-114 with 14 acres, 93-120 with .16 acres and 93-110, which is the single family at 91 Hart Street with 3.42 acres. The apartment complex will have 5-three story buildings each with 28 units. Amenities include a proposed club house and on-site pool. There are three apartment unit types with the "A" and "B" units having two bedrooms and two bathrooms and totaling 1134 square feet each. The "C" unit has two bedrooms plus a den and two baths totaling 1440 square feet. In each building there are 4-C units which are the end units on the first and second floors. There are a total of 12-A and 12-B units with 4 of each on all three floors. The proposed single family will have three bedrooms and 2.5 baths along with an attached garage for one car.
