On-site parking is available for 381 cars, with additional parking available in the tunnel connected Tranquility Garage. Energy Efficiency: Windows of tinted dual-pane glass have insulating properties, which minimizes heat loss and gain. A sophisticated air conditioning system - with 20 individually controlled thermostats and two air handling units per floor - affords maximum tenant comfort and control. Overtime AC Rate: $25.00/Air Handler/hour (2 per floor). This building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2006-2018 for its operating efficiency.
