This listing is for sub-lease of a minimum of 4, and possibly up to 6, individual offices of at least 90 sq. ft. each at $600/office/month. The min/max square footage simply reflects this, and no consideration is given for the sq. footage of common space such as the pictured kitchen area. Price includes all utilities. The offices have internet jacks that can be used for VOIP phone, otherwise land lines could be added at some additional cost. Likewise, wireless access to internet can be offered at no additional cost provided no more than moderate usage, or dedicated additional service can be added at additional cost. There is also an unused reception desk that could be made available at additional cost. We have a 10 seat conference table in an open area that could be made available for use on a case by case basis. We have a good relationship with our landlord and their full cooperation on this sub-lease. The building location is very nice in Carmel's City Center with restaurants within walking distance, easy access to the Monon trail, etc.
