Property Facts
Property Overview
914 N Ferdon Blvd is a 0.39 acre, commercial zoned retail/restaurant site with direct frontage and ingress/egress on Hwy 85 (N Ferdon Blvd), Crestview's primary commercial corridor. The site includes a 2,863 SF freestanding single-story building, a large private parking field, and an existing pylon sign on Hwy 85. Ideal for QSR, drive-thru, fast casual, auto service, medical/dental, or freestanding retail. The property sits directly in the path of the largest wave of new retail north Crestview has seen in decades. Walmart broke ground in February 2026 on a new Walmart Neighborhood Market directly across the street at 1150 Industrial Drive (at Richburg Lane). The store anchors a nearly 48,000 SF center and is slated to open fall 2026, bringing daily-needs grocery traffic to the north side of town and to the Baker and Laurel Hill communities beyond it. Less than a half mile north, Aldi is converting the former Winn-Dixie at Crestview Marketplace (1326 N Ferdon Blvd), and Publix at Northcrest (1355 N Ferdon Blvd). Hwy 85 carries approximately 41,000 vehicles per day through Crestview, and Okaloosa County and FDOT are fast-tracking a $36 million widening of Ferdon Blvd to six lanes. Crestview is approaching 32,000 residents, up more than 16% since the 2020 Census, and is one of the fastest-growing cities in the Florida Panhandle. Demand is driven by Eglin AFB, Duke Field, and the new Williams International jet-engine facility at Shoal River Ranch (330 jobs, $1 billion-plus economic impact, opening 2026), the largest industrial economic development deal in Northwest Florida history. The Southwest Crestview Bypass is nearing completion with segments opening in 2026, further improving regional access to the Hwy 85 corridor. Within one mile: Walmart Neighborhood Market (opening fall 2026), Publix, Aldi (former Winn-Dixie), McDonald's, Taco Bell, Sonic, and Eglin Federal Credit Union.
