The Holiday Court Villas and Suites is made up of ten separate buildings which house several types of accommodations that make up the 20 rentable units: four 2-bedroom cottages, one Bayfront Suite, two 1-bedroom cottages, ten 1-bedroom suites, and three studio villas. All have their own seating areas outside their rooms and many have covered decks. Each of the units have fully equipped kitchens: stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, and utensils. Each unit has Cable TV and WiFi and their own electric service. There are 24 parking spaces for guests, employees, contractors, or visitors. There is just under three quarter of an acre in an almost square configuration. The rear side of the property has approximately 175 feet of seawall on the lagoon which leads to direct access out to the Gulf of Mexico that used to accommodate boat rentals. There are presently two boat docks (could accommodate up to five boats), and along the waterfront there are seating areas and propane and charcoal grills for the guests, and a propane fire pit. This is a popular spot for guests to gather and mingle. The 15 foot by 30 foot heated swimming pool has eight deck chairs and two tables with umbrellas and four chairs each. There is both a motel use only laundry and a laundry room for guests.
