The Former Earth Fare space is located in Wilmington's best demographic area and is just minutes from Wrightsville Beach. The center is located on Military Cutoff Road on the going home side of the road that sees over 40,000 cars a day. The development has two signalized access points from Military Cutoff Road and shares one signalized access with the entrance to the Mayfaire Town Center. Renaissance Market reflects Wilmington’s location with classic coastal architecture - hardy plank exterior, standing seam metal canopies, and two green walls. The ownership group made the decision early in the design process to spend more on finishes and landscaping to create a sense of place, particularly given the long-term view on ownership of the property. The installed indigenous coastal landscaping, based on Xeric landscaping design, such that the common areas also had a coastal feel.
