He also works on behalf of owners such as ProLogis, Tulfra Realty, Saddleback Realty, Industrial Income Trust, and First Industrial Realty Trust, assisting them on agency leasing assignments, acquiring suitable facilities, and disposing of surplus property. Prior to joining Garden State Realty, Mr. Adams served in a variety of roles in the financial advisory, residential and commercial mortgage, and most recently corporate real estate brokerage with Cushman and Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. since November 2007. While joining Garden State Realty, Mr. Adams also assisted with starting a successful residential development company and construction company that focused on buying, renovating, and selling distress residential homes. As a managing member of both companies, he focused on the day to day business operations and helped his team facilitate both companies’ achievements. Mr. Adams’ skill set in the residential real estate arena allows him to use his expertise to represent sellers, buyers, renters, and investors alike with confidence.
