ABOUT LONE TREE
Lone Tree is a small affluent city with a relatively high concentration of major employers. The city, 20 miles south of downtown Denver has exhibited strong population growth since the Great Recession and many newcomers have high incomes and are well educated. The city is friendlier than neighboring cities to commuters using public transit, with three light rail stations that opened in 2019. It is also easily accessible via several arterial highways.
For a city of its size, Lone Tree has a nice list of office-using employers, in addition to several area hospitals. The area is home to large tenants including Kiewit’s regional headquarters, Charles Schwab and Cochlear. Area hospitals include Sky Ridge Medical Center and Parker Adventist Hospital.
Lone Tree’s vacancy rate is typically lower than Denver’s overall average. Most of the limited office space is concentrated in suburban business parks near the State Road 470 and Interstate 25 junction, and much of it was built in the past decade. Started her real estate career six years ago at Realogic Analytics valuing assets for a large public REIT. In 2015, Victoria was hired at JLL Chicago in their property management group where she spent two years working for MetLife. She transitioned to JLL’s downtown agency leasing team in 2017, working as a financial analyst on approximately 12 million square feet for a variety of owners. In 2019 Victoria became an Associate where she represented 2.6 million square feet for both large institutional owners and boutique investment firms. In her role, she provides a high-touch approach to prospective tenant engagement and the tour process. Victoria moved back to Colorado in June of 2020 where she is now focusing on office leasing in the Southeast Suburban and West Denver submarkets.
