Bethlehem Village Shopping Center is located in the southwest area of Alexander County at the intersection of NC Highway 127 and Rink Dam Road. The Bethlehem Community is on the north side of Lake Hickory, 1.25 miles from Hickory City limits. Current tenants are a 46,850 sq ft Lowe's Food Store, a new 16,800 sq ft ACE Hardware, Village Inn Pizza, Bethlehem Pharmacy, J Nails Spa and Subway.
The vacant spaces are in the older building (1978). The 2,500 sq ft space will be up fitted to suite tenant and could be used for retail, office,medical or restaurant. The 18,500 sq ft space could be leased as is or landlords are willing to sub-divide to suit tenants. If sub-divided this space would be well suited for retail, office, medical or restaurant. North Carolina Department of Transportation AADT counts show 1/4 mile south of this intersection there are 15,000 vehicles per day, 1/8 of a mile north 12,000 per day and 7,900 on Rink Dam Road beside the shopping center.
