During his 37+ year tenure, Mr. Green has been the most instrumental realtor in the Delaware Valley serving clients such as DuPont and the sale of their 270,000 square foot building to the University of Pennsylvania, and Amstar Sugar in their sale of 900,000 square foot building in downtown Philadelphia.
