Bella Vista, located in prestigious Banyan Beach neighborhood, is in-town and close to all the area shops and restaurants. Bella Vista will offer six master bedrooms (all with king beds) and en suite bathrooms, plus one bunk room with two double bunks. The bunk room and two master bedrooms are located on the first level. The additional four master bedrooms are located on the second level. The washer and dryer are also on the second level. There are two additional half baths for your convenience, located on the first and third levels. Each floor has a separate zoned A/C system. There are two big-screen TV viewing areas, plus flat screen, each bedroom is equipped with an Internet ready TV. There is CableTV and Wi-Fi throughout the house and the pool area. On the second and third levels, full-width balconies with fabulous Gulf views for entertaining, dining and lounging. The spacious living room is on the third level and offers something for everyone!
