About North San Jose

North San Jose is a neighborhood nestled between the Guadalupe River and Coyote Creek, reaching up to the San Francisco Bay shore. Nearby attractions include the Santa Clara Convention Center, California’s Great America amusement park, and Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers National League Football team. Two VTA light rail lines traverse the neighborhood providing public transportation, and State Route 237 facilitates easy commuter access. The neighborhood consists primarily of a mixture of relatively newer industrial, flex, and office buildings built post-1990.
