Craig Bean, Managing Director
Craig Bean joined Transwestern in 2022 and serves as Managing Director, Industrial Services, in the Houston office. His primary responsibilities include industrial project leasing throughout the Greater Houston market, tenant representation, performing market research, and identifying strategic acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities for clients. Prior to joining Transwestern, Craig spent five years at Holt Lunsford Commercial, most recently serving as Managing Principal of the Houston Industrial Division. As Managing Principal, Craig oversaw the growth of HLC Houston’s industrial third-party leasing business to more than double its previous size, to over 9 million square feet total in just over 2.5 years.

Throughout his career, Craig has performed industrial project leasing for several institutional clients such as Principal Financial Group, TA Realty, GID, Link Logistics Real Estate, CenterPoint Properties, AEW Capital Management, Starwood Capital Group, and Brookfield Properties, to name a few. On the user-representation side, he has represented many businesses in both lease and purchase negotiations, including Sun Coast Resources, RectorSeal, Olmsted-Kirk Paper Company, HOGG Outfitters, Primoris Service Corporation, and Mechantek Corp.
Matthew Morrison, Vice President
Matthew serves as an Associate in Transwestern’s Houston office, specializing in industrial brokerage, including project leasing, tenant and buyer representation, property disposition and investment sales citywide. Matthew has worked successfully on all types of transactions totaling approximately 1.91 million square feet, about 83 acres of raw land, amounting to $153.79 million in total consideration.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Matthew primarily focused on project leasing for a national REIT and local developers and site selection for regional clients in the greater Houston area.

Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Matthew worked in deepwater drilling operations on drill ships and semi-submersible rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and abroad in the Philippines, in addition to semi-submersible rig management and project management in the shipyard in Corpus Christi, Texas.
