Park Overview
P3 is developing a state-of-the-art logistics park at JadeWeserPort, Germany’s only deep-water port with a water depth of 18 m. The site benefits from a prime waterfront location and direct access to international shipping routes, while the A29 motorway is located nearby, ensuring efficient connectivity for national and European distribution networks. The project comprises three logistics halls with a total of approximately 121,000 m2 of logistics space, complemented by around 9,780 m2 of office accommodation and 9,320 m2 of mezzanine areas. The development is designed to offer flexible unit configurations that can be adapted to the specific operational requirements of logistics, e-commerce and production users. Phase I has already been completed and fully leased. Phase II is scheduled to commence construction in Q2 2026, followed by Phase III, which will complete the overall development. The logistics park is designed in line with high technical and environmental standards, integrating modern infrastructure and sustainable solutions to support efficient, long-term operations.
