So, this building is a workspace with history. We are located in Madrid, in the Ciudad de los Ángeles neighborhood, a strategic area where the M-30 and M-40 highways intersect. Additionally, we have the "Ciudad de los Ángeles" metro stop on line 3. Our space is modular, meaning we can offer various options depending on your needs: 1. We have fixed offices available from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday. The price is €230 plus VAT. Monthly rate with no commitment. 1.1. If you don’t want a fixed office for the month but would like to rent it by the hour, the price/hour is €15 plus VAT. 1.2. If you want an office for just one day, available from 8 am to 8 pm, the price/day is €150 plus VAT. 1.3. If you want a 3-hour pass to use as you wish within a month, the price of the pass is €30 plus VAT. 2. We have work desks available from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday. The price is €180 plus VAT. Monthly rate with no commitment. 2.1. If you don’t want a fixed desk for the month but would like to rent it by the hour, the price/hour is €10 plus VAT. 2.2. If you want a desk for just one day, available from 8 am to 8 pm, the price/day is €100 plus VAT. 2.3. If you want a 3-hour pass to use as you wish within a month, the price of the pass is €25 plus VAT. 3. We also have meeting rooms available: 3.1. Mini room (2 people): €10 plus VAT per hour. 3.2. Small room (4 people): €15 plus VAT per hour. 3.3. Large room (10 people): €25 plus VAT per hour. 3.4. Training room (20 people): €35 plus VAT per hour.
