Plantings +/-157.23 acres of budded Golden Hills variety pistachios on UCB1 rootstock were planted in late 2016. Water The property is located in Atwell Island Irrigation District and receives an allocation of surface water. Property has a 40 HP electric motor and lift pump that delivers surface water through the filtration system to double drip lines to each row. In addition, there is a new well with gear head and is set up for natural gas engine pumping plant. Production 2021 harvest (first harvest) produced +/-1,000 pounds per acre.
