Tiverton is the principal town and administrative centre for the Mid Devon District with a population of approximately 21,000 and a wide catchment.
The town is located approximately 14 miles north of Exeter via the A396 and also benefits from good communication links with its position adjacent to the A361 North Devon Link Road which provides dual carriageway access to Junction 27 of the M5 motorway to the east.
The site and premises are accessed via the A396 to the east of Tiverton approximately half a mile from the town centre. The property is located next to the recently opened Lidl
supermarket, Tesco Superstore and filling station as well as being close to Travis Perkins, Best Western Hotel and Westcars. The site is approached to the rear via two access roads adjacent to Lidl.
