“THE RESIDENCES AT RANCHO MIRAGE COUNTRY CLUB” is located on the southeast corner of Frank Sinatra Drive and Bob Hope Drive, and has fully approved entitlements in place to renovate and re-purpose approximately 49 acres of existing Rancho Mirage Country Club facilities to a resort hotel with a residential condominium component. In addition to the boutique hotel and condominium units, the project also proposes a revitalized golf course, remodeled entries on Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope Drive, and an extensive amenity package available to all existing residents. The residential component consist of one-hundred eight (108) two and three bedroom condo units (stacked flats ranging from 1,481 to 1,837 sq. ft.) in 27 two-story buildings with additional square footage/lock-off suites for each (additional 480-520 sq. ft. with potential rental income for unit owners), which could be made available as hotel rooms within the rental pool if the owner wishes. The additional 60 standard hospitality-only units consist of approx. 460 sq. ft. each in size. The overall project will include a number of cost-saving renovations and amenities including the renovation and re-purpose of the existing 31,000+/- sq. ft. clubhouse into a hotel lobby, destination restaurant, lounge, event space and golf starter/pro-shop (open to public). Additional amenities will include the 18-hole executive course, at least two pickle ball courts, event lawn, walking paths, and active/passive outdoor fitness equipment.
