The additional 60 standard hospitality-only units consist of approx. 460 sq. ft. each in size. The overall project will include a number of cost-saving renovations and amenities including the renovation and re-purpose of the existing 31,000+/- sq. ft. clubhouse into a hotel lobby, destination restaurant, lounge, event space and golf starter/pro-shop (open to public). Additional amenities will include the 18-hole executive course, at least two pickle ball courts, event lawn, walking paths, and active/passive outdoor fitness equipment.
