Property Overview

The Bry-sur-Marne film studios cover 12 hectares and currently offer about 5,600 square meters of studio space, spread across eight stages ranging from 300 to 1,100 square meters, as well as a vast production area of 20,000 square meters that includes set and costume workshops, offices, and dressing rooms for artists. Thanks to a phased expansion and renovation program, the campus will remain operational throughout the development period. Preparatory work began last November to allow the main construction of the new studios to start in the second quarter of 2025, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. While preserving the character and heritage of the Bry Studios, the program aims to double the filming areas, increasing from 8 to 14 stages with sizes ranging from 600 to 1,400 square meters, and to offer a wide range of support functions for post-production, workshops, offices, set assembly, costume spaces, and dressing rooms.
