The FAHALA Logistics Park consists of three buildings housing logistics warehouses, located on the fully developed CAH-2 and CAH-4 plots. These plots cover a total of 85,000 m², distributed across two large land parcels. The layout of the complex is designed for high-performance logistics operations, optimizing both storage capacity and internal workflows. The plan includes five modular warehouses (one of which is standalone) on the CAH-2 plot and four warehouses on the CAH-4 plot. The warehouses are set back at least 5.00 meters from all property boundaries, allowing for smooth perimeter circulation throughout the complex. The front of the warehouses is designated as a loading area, with a minimum depth of 35 meters.
