Camiño Franciscanos 0.48 Acres of Commercial Land Offered at $202,939 in Ourense, Orense 32004

Located in the municipality of Orense, near the Montealegre Botanical Garden, there are two resulting plots with a total area of 1,926 m², identified by the cadastral numbers 45760O1NG9847S0001JG and 45760O2NG9847S0001EG. The plots are part of the redistribution project for the AR-20-E Barrocás Distribution Area, outlined in the Provisional Urban Planning Ordinance published in the DOG (Official Gazette of Galicia) on October 3, 2011. However, this provisional ordinance was annulled by rulings from the First Section of the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Supreme Court.
