The acquisition is limited to a total of approximately 15 acres of air rights and 5 acres in fee simple (including the acreage of the 2 parcels). The Option excludes any real property rights owned by the State of Georgia which are subject to that Amendment of Lease Agreement, dated March 25, 1986 to Seaboard System Railroad, Inc., which Amendment of Lease Agreement is on file in the State Properties Commission and inventoried as Real Property Record #007352.
