Construction has begun on a new $50 million dollar senior care facility at the northwest corner of the main entrance road and Cortez Boulevard. The construction of five hundred (500) new single-family homes has also begun. Future development sites include land for zero lot line villas/townhomes, multi-family apartments, 80,000 square feet of medical offices, and 140,000 square feet of commercial/retail space. Sites are available with all spinal roads and utilities to the tracts.
