The center in comprised of a Learn and Play Montessori, Mexican restaurant, Anjappar Indian restaurant, Kailish Parbat vegetarian Indian, Teazzi Boba, Myungrang Hotdog, Avant Anti-Aging Clinic. There is only one vacancy and it would be an excellent space for medical, optometry, dentistry or professional services. The site is close to highly dense residential units on the east side of Dublin and many other attractions. Phase 1 will be completed next summer for enrollment of about 2000 students which will increase future foot traffic. Across the street is the new Emerald High School, currently under construction. The plaza is close to public transit with an adjacent bus stop and the Dublin BART station is only a five minute drive away. Kaiser Medical Center for Oncology is also within short walking distance and there are active retail developments in the nearby area.
