Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Corina Towle began her career in commercial real estate in 2019 at MDL Group. She joined Hillary Steinberg to become the Steinberg Towle Team. Corina specializes in landlord/tenant rep in retail.
