ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Edmonstone is a large, new residential area in south east Edinburgh. The site will deliver over circa 860 new homes, in five phases. The plots for Phases 3 & 4, to the south of the retail site have now been sold to the housebuilder Avant and the plots for phases 1 and 2 to the north are concluded and due to complete in August 2022. The vision is to transform the site into a welcoming, distinctive and accessible destination linked to the rest of the city and for the development to be entirely built-out by 2026.
