Joseph Cooper, Vice President
Joseph Cooper joined SRS in 2022 and has nine years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently with Landry Commercial, he focuses on tenant representation, corporate services, and development solutions for local and national clients. He is responsible for portfolio and account management, and has been commended for his success in assisting companies reduce operating costs, improve work environments, streamline real estate processes, and provide comprehensive reporting. Over his career, he has closed more than 200 industrial transactions valued at over $400 million and totaling more than 6 million square feet. He grew up in California and is a huge University of Southern California football fan. Joseph graduated from Southern Methodist University and has made the Dallas area his home ever since.
