It seems like this property should be safe from eminent domain/ road widening projects for a bit. Looking at the map this is likely to be the preferred route for traffic for Needville / West Columbia / Lake Jackson / Freeport, that is headed to or from I-10 when FM 360 gets pushed though. The recent TX DOT Spur 10 and Hwy 36 expansion projects has really got the market going in this west fort bend area. Please verify all information independently.
