DESCRIPTION
FGCMB is a state and federally permitted mitigation bank located east of Cedar Key, south of SR 24, and more specifically in Sections 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17 20 & 21, Township 15S, Range 13E, Levy County. FGCMB is bordered primarily by utility easements paralleling SR 24 and by Waccasassa Bay Preserve State Park, Cedar Key Scrub State Reserve, and Big Bend Seagrass Aquatic Preserve conservation lands. FGCMB is the only mitigation bank currently permitted within the Waccasassa drainage basin. State and Federal freshwater and saltwater UMAM credits have been available for sale since January 2017. FGCMB was permitted for the maximum award of 66.11 Federal UMAM Credits & 86.65 State UMAM Credits with a current retail market minimum value of $20,000,000.00. Bank.
